William Robert Dashiell (b. April 3, 1863, Mecklenburg County, Virginia-d. March 16, 1939, Atlanta, Georgia), Brigadier General in the U.S. Army, graduated from West Point in 1888, served in the Sioux Indian campaign and as a commander in the Philippines.
